17th Century diamond ring, with a table cut centre and three rose cut diamonds either side of central stone. Set in fine 18ct gold circa 1680.

This divine ring has remains of black paint on back of diamonds. In that era they used black paint on the back of diamonds as they thought it reflected the brilliance of the diamond better.

There is one chipped and one cracked diamond but otherwise in lovely condition for its age
