Each earring is centred with a cushion-shaped Ceylon sapphire of approximately 1 carat, surrounded by a sparkling border of old mine-cut diamonds, all set in silver and 15ct rose gold. The diamonds total approximately 0.65 carats per earring, 1.30 carats overall, and are estimated as H–I colour and SI–I clarity.
