Shipping
All orders include complimentary express worldwide delivery.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
We aim to ship your order within 1–2 business days of purchase.
If your order includes ring resizing, please allow an additional 2–3 business days on top of the standard delivery estimate.
An adult signature is required on delivery for all orders.
Shipping Services
- UK deliveries: Royal Mail Special Delivery, Signed For.
- International deliveries: DHL Express, Tracked and Signed.
Packaging
Each item is thoughtfully wrapped and packaged in either our signature Charlotte Sayers packaging or, where specified in the product description, its original box.
Insurance
Every item is insured by Charlotte Sayers for its full value until it is delivered and signed for by the purchaser.
Customs & Duties
Your order ships Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — all applicable customs duties and import taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there are no unexpected fees on arrival.
In most countries, import duty does not apply to genuine antiques aged over 100 years. Eligible pieces are declared accordingly, with supporting documentation, so they qualify for this relief.
Duties and taxes are non-refundable, including in the event of a return.
US Customs Requirements
As part of routine US Customs clearance, some orders shipped to the United States may require additional information from the recipient, requested directly by our courier.
This most commonly takes the form of CBP Form 5106, which registers you as the Importer of Record and allows your shipment to be released. You'll need to provide either your Social Security Number (SSN) or, for business orders, an Employer Identification Number (EIN).
This request will come directly from the courier, not from us — please complete it as promptly as possible, as clearance and delivery will be delayed until it's submitted.
If you're ever unsure whether a request is genuine, contact us before responding and we can confirm it on your behalf.
Delivery Restrictions
- We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Customs Information
We have no authority over local customs departments, and duty rates and requirements are set entirely by your destination country.
