Shipping policy

All Orders Include Complimentary Express Delivery

We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business day of purchase. Please note that if your order includes ring sizing, it will add 2-3 business days to the delivery estimate. A signature will also be required upon delivery for all orders.

Shipping Services

UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

International Deliveries are sent via Fedex or Royal Mail Tracked and Signed.

Customs & Duties

To ensure a seamless delivery experience, all customs duties and import taxes are calculated and paid at checkout. Your order is shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so there will be no unexpected fees upon arrival. We take care of all customs formalities for you.

US Customs Requirements

As part of routine inspections carried out by US Customs orders may be subject to a further information request via our nominated courier including the shipping receivers IRS number. This is a routine requirement requested by US Customs for clearance of the shipment. 

You will be required to complete a 5106 form. This form registers the recipient as an importer and allows the shipment to be cleared on your behalf. Please complete this form as soon as possible. Additionally, FedEx sometimes request a self-certification form from the recipient. If this happens, please forward the FedEx email to us, and we will assist you with the process.

Packaging

Each item is thoughtfully wrapped and packaged in either our signature Charlotte Sayers packaging or, if specified in the product description, the original box. 

Insurance

Items are insured by Charlotte Sayers until delivered and signed for by the purchaser.

Delivery Restrictions

No PO Boxes.

 Orders cannot be redirected once dispatched.

Partial restrictions may exist for specific countries.

Contact us to ensure your country does not have import restrictions.

We have no authority over local customs departments.
