Returns
General Policy
Online Orders:
You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unhappy with your purchase.
In-Store Purchases:
Items purchased in store are eligible for exchange only within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are not offered for in-store purchases unless the item is faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Rings that have been re-sized
- Items that have been worn
- Any items altered or customised on your behalf
- Bespoke or made-to-order items
Return Process
Initiating a Return
Please contact us at info@charlottesayers.com to begin the return process. If your return is approved, we will advise you on the appropriate return method.
Customers are responsible for all return postage costs.
Return Approval & Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
For online orders returned due to change of mind, a return handling fee of 1% of the order value will be deducted from the refund amount.
This fee does not apply to faulty, damaged or incorrect items.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be returned in their original, unworn and undamaged condition
- Include the original packaging and box
- Be sent using a tracked and signed-for delivery service
The return shipping method must be agreed with us in advance to avoid customs duties or additional charges. Any charges incurred may be deducted from your refund.
Charlotte Sayers is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
As outlined above, resized, altered, customised or bespoke items cannot be returned or exchanged.
