A beautiful Victorian 18ct gold opal and diamond cluster ring. At its centre sits a captivating opal of approximately 2 carats, displaying an exceptional play of colour. It is elegantly framed by old European cut diamonds totalling around 1 carat, assessed as J–K colour and VS clarity. Circa 1870-80.
The head of the ring is 1.6cm north to south.
