A George III enamel and gold mourning ring. The centre has a glazed panel of woven hair work, circled by a gold ouroboros snake eating its own tail, symbolising eternity, accented with black enamel, to a gold shank with openwork shoulders, the reverse engraved 'Chas Fox Esq Ob 11 Oct 1810 at 73', mounted in gold.
