DO YOU HAVE A SHOP I CAN VISIT?

Yes! My shop is in Gray’s Antiques Market, Shop 313 (first shop on the right) I share the shop with Michelle from Rowan & Rowan.

You can come by any time and either myself, Michele, David or Ian will be there to help you.

LAYAWAY

I offer a three month layaway option to be paid by three equal payment via bank transfer/Transferwise or Revolut.  The first payment will be non-refundable in case of cancellation of the purchase.  The customer may not have a group layaway, each piece is to be settled individually and the first item paid for before a deposit for the second item is taken.

 

WHAT CONDITIONS ARE YOUR ITEMS IN?

My jewellery is always in excellent condition, taking into account its age, unless otherwise stated. Of course, please do not hesitate to contact me if you wish to see some more images of the item or if you wish to arrange an appointment to see the item in person.

 

DO YOU PURCHASE JEWELLERY?

Yes. If you have jewellery that you are considering selling, please do contact me. I would be happy and interested to have the details. 

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

My preferred payment method is bank/wire transfers or Transferwise or Revolut. I accept all major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, China Union Pay and American Express. I accept cheques but these much clear before the item is sent out

 

CAN I PAY IN PAY IN ANY OTHER WAY THAN ONLINE?

Yes! We are happy to take card payments over the phone. Please call 07778900505 to do so. 

 

WILL YOU RESERVE AN ITEM?

Yes. Any item may be reserved for up to 72 hours. For longer, let me know and we will try to accommodate your needs. 

 

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING POLICIES?

Free delivery will apply to all countries that I can deliver to safely from the UK. All items will be carefully wrapped and packaged. The items are insured by me until they are delivered and signed for by the purchaser. The purchaser will be responsible for any custom duties payable on receipt into their country of residence. For deliveries inside the UK  I will send by Royal Mail Special Delivery. For items outside the UK I will send either by Fedex or Royal Mail tracked and signed. I can only send to the address on the invoice and PO Boxes are not covered by my insurance company. Please note an adult signature is required to receive all packages.

 

CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Yes, we’ll email you your tracking information once your item has been dispatched.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

If you are unhappy with your purchase please let me know within 7 days of receipt.  The item to be returned must be as sent and not altered in any way.  I will offer a refund via the method of payment used.  Please contact me re the method of return as this has to be done so not to incur Duty on arrival in the UK.  If specific instructions are not followed and duty becomes payable this will be deducted from your refund. Postage costs for returns are the buyers responsibility.
