Victorian natural pearl and old mine cut diamond brooch set in 18ct gold and silver, with a central crowned heart with a central pearl drop, a garland below finishing in a further drop pearl, with approximately 1.6 carats diamonds. The brooch pin is removable so this could easily be adapted into a pendant so that it could be worn as either a brooch or a pendant. Circa 1870-90
