A remarkable Victorian era heart-shaped brooch or pendant that is formed of old mine-cut diamonds and natural pearls, set in 18ct gold. There is a brooch fitting and a hinged loop for use as a pendant. Set with a total of approximately 1.08 carats of diamonds. Circa 1870
