1.18ct Solitaire Diamond Ring

A vintage diamond solitaire ring, set with a single round brilliant-cut diamond weighing approximately 1.18 carats, assessed as H–I colour and VS clarity. The diamond is claw-set in a platinum mount with an 18ct yellow gold shank, stamped '18ct' and 'Plat'. Circa 1930–1940. The well-proportioned diamond displays excellent brilliance and sparkle. A classic solitaire design that would make a perfect engagement ring or addition to a fine jewellery collection.
