A beautiful musical stave acrostic puzzle brooch, set with gemstones that spell the word "Dear" - Diamond, Emerald, Amethyst and Ruby. The musical notes also read D E A and R. Handcrafted in fine 18ct gold. The brooch has a safety clasp and is in excellent condition. Circa 1960.
