Tiffany Sapphire and Diamond Three Stone Trilogy Ring

A Sri Lankan sapphire and diamond ring by Tiffany & Co., set with a circular-cut sapphire weighing approximately 2.03 carats, flanked by a brilliant-cut diamond on either side. The ring is signed Tiffany & Co. and stamped ‘750’ and ‘PT950’. Accompanied by the maker’s case and box. The total diamond weight is approximately 0.50 carats. The sapphire shows evidence of heat treatment.
The head of the ring measures 8mm from north to south.
