A charming Victorian heart pendant, circa 1870, crafted in 18ct gold and silver and set with a vibrant Burmese ruby and rose-cut diamonds. The piece features a diamond-set bale and a glass locket back, preserving its romantic heritage. The pendant holds approximately 0.50ct of rose-cut diamonds and a central ruby of around 0.15ct.
