A beautiful piece from the Victorian. Featuring a natural half pearl and turquoise heart pendant set in 18ct gold. The gallery on this antique pendant has a very pretty cut out lattice pattern. This pendant was made circa 1870.
The pendant measures 2.8cm x 1.9cm excluding the small bale at the top which adds an extra 2cm
