Antique Heart Brooch

A sweet 18ct heart brooch set with a suspended central sapphire and old cut diamond cluster circa 1900-1910. The sapphire is approximately 18 points with 20 points diamonds surrounding it. The pin has a roller ball safety catch and an extra loop if a safety chain is desired.
