Cameo Watch Ring

A super stylish watch ring circa 1960, in amazing condition, modelled in 9ct gold and marked on the inside of the shank and on the side of the watch. There is a shell cameo of a lady on the top which hinges to open a Rotary Maximus 21 Jewels watch. What a talking point and such fun. The watch is mechanical, the shank is decorated with raised sides with double rope link decoration.
