An amazing Georgian foil-backed emerald and diamond ring set in silver with an 18ct gold shank. The central emerald is surrounded by rose-cut diamonds. Circa 1800

The head of the ring measures 2.2cm x 2cm. The central emerald is 11mm x 8mm. The emerald does have three small chips at one end.
