The sapphire is a Basaltic natural stone, possibly of Cambodian origin, weighing 2.5 carats. The brilliant-cut diamonds total approximately 1 carat, graded I colour and VS2 clarity. This exquisite piece bears a striking resemblance to the iconic engagement ring worn by Princess Diana, featuring a similar sapphire and diamond arrangement.
