Mellerio ruby diamond rectangular 1960s ring, the Burma rubies and old cut diamonds taken from an older piece of jewellery and remounted by Mellerio in the 1960s, in 18ct gold and platinum, set with two one carat cushion cut diamonds and two old-cut 50 point diamonds, a 65 point central ruby and four 42 point square-cut Burma rubies.
