Aquamarine and Diamond Ring

A beautiful aquamarine and diamond ring, circa 1960, elegantly crafted in 18ct gold and platinum, with "18ct & Plat" marked inside the shank. The centrepiece is a stunning aquamarine of approximately 1.65 carats, held in delicate claw settings, complemented by approximately one carat of brilliant-cut diamonds (H colour, VS1-VS2 clarity) arranged in an millegrain setting.
The diameter of the head of the ring is 1.45cm.
