A fabulous and highly impressive Georgian rose diamond plaque ring, dating from circa 1780–1800. This exceptional piece is set in silver-topped 18ct gold and features a striking elongated plaque design that measures an impressive 5cm long by 2cm wide, beautifully curved to sit comfortably along the finger.
The ring is set with approximately 6.2 carats of rose-cut diamonds, arranged in a dramatic central cluster, highlighted by a larger centre stone of approximately 1.50 carats. Two elegant pointed oval diamond clusters accent either end of the plaque, while a complete surround of shimmering rose diamonds frames the design, enhancing its scale and brilliance.
