Victorian cameo drop earrings set in fine 18 carat gold engraved rub over settings circa 1860, the bottom drop cameos depicting Psyche and Eros.

Eros is the Greek god of love and sex. Psyche is the Greek goddess of the soul. The story of Eros and Psyche is one of the best love stories in classical mythology. 

Measurements: 7cm (excluding the wires) x 1.9cm
