Victorian Ruby Diamond Ring

A striking Victorian five stone ruby and diamond ring, dating to circa 1870–1880, crafted in 18ct yellow gold with an intricately engraved shank. The ring is set with three natural Burmese rubies, displaying rich pinkish-red hues and showing no indication of heat treatment, interspersed with old mine-cut diamonds and accented by delicate rose-cut diamonds. In total, the ring features nine old mine and rose-cut diamonds with an estimated combined weight of 1.10 carats, assessed as J–K colour and SI2 clarity. The Burmese rubies total approximately 0.75 carats. Fully certified by WGI.
