A vintage brilliant-cut diamond and 18ct gold heart pendant, circa 1990. The heart-shaped design is pavé-set with approximately 2 carats of sparkling brilliant-cut diamonds, graded H colour and VS clarity. The diamonds are closely set to maximize brilliance and give the pendant a luxurious, continuous shimmer. Suspended from an elegantly shaped 18ct gold bale, also set with diamonds.
