Refund policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We have a 14-day return policy, whereby you have 14 days after receiving your item to return it.
Any damaged or altered pieces are not returnable. We cannot accept returns on rings that have been re-sized.
To start a return please contact us at charlotte@charlottesayers.com. If your return is accepted we will discuss the best way to return.
UK RETURNS
The item must be sent at your cost and not altered in any way. You will receive a refund via the method of payment used.
We must agree on the method of return in advance as this has to be done so as not to incur Duty on arrival in the UK. If specific instructions are not followed and duty becomes payable this will be deducted from your refund. Postage costs for returns are the buyer's responsibility. Returns must be sent via tracked and signed
Charlotte Sayers cannot be liable for any returns not received.
Any damaged or altered pieces are not returnable. Please be aware that antique jewellery must be treated with care.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
These will be done on a case by case basis as international returns can involve customs duty.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
