With sparkling pave-set diamonds and a textured surface that depicts a snake-scale pattern. The diamonds set in pear shaped panels that sit to one side of the ear. From the Serpent Boheme collection that was launched in 1968. Set with approximately 64 points diamonds, 19.6 grams
