Edwardian Ceylon Sapphire and Diamond Cluster Ring

An outstanding and elegant Edwardian era sapphire and diamond cluster ring, centred with a rectangular cushion-cut natural sapphire of Sri Lankan origin, weighing approximately 7.50 carats. The sapphire is confirmed as natural with no heat treatment. Surrounding the centre stone are fourteen old European-cut diamonds, with an approximate total diamond weight of 1.50 carats, graded I colour and VS clarity, creating a classic and timeless cluster design. The ring is stamped 18ct to the inside of the shank. This ring is so beautiful, its really is a best in class piece. Circa 1910.
