Victorian Old Mine Cut Diamond Flower Brooch

A finely made Victorian brooch designed as a flower, set with old mine-cut diamonds in silver and 18ct gold. The central diamond is claw collet-set, surrounded by petal-like arrangements of smaller stones. The brooch contains approximately 3.55 carats of old mine-cut diamonds, with an overall colour grade of H/I and clarity in the VS/SI range. Circa 1840-60.
